Skootr was founded in 2016 by Puneet Chandra, Anuj Saxena, and Ankit Jain — starting with a 46,500 sq ft space in DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon, the address that became Skootr’s spiritual home. The founding insight was to manage office operations “like your favourite hotel would” — bringing hospitality-grade operations (live kitchens, housekeeping, security, wellness) into the enterprise workspace.

In NCR, Skootr has concentrated on Grade A LEED-certified DLF buildings in Cyber City as its primary market. The DLF 9B location (12th floor, LEED Platinum) is one of the most premium managed office addresses in Gurgaon — two minutes from DLF Rapid Metro Phase III, accessible via the 16-lane expressway. The DLF Infinity Tower centre (20,000 sq ft, 300+ seats) is a second major Cyber City anchor.
