Bang on the ring road , close to AIIMS and right next to Bhikaji cama place , the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar does have an envious location owing to its excellent connectivity,  through all modes of transports, from the neighbouring IT office hub cities of Noida and Gurgaon as well as from all the other parts of Delhi.

WTC , Nauroji nagar is by far the biggest, 3.5 million sq ft office space spread over 25 acres, most technologically advanced and secure green office buildings complex with maximum number of underground car parkings , 8000 parkings ( app.), making it the most sought after commercial projects in delhi.

So far Aerocity is the only business distinct with advanced buildings comparable with World trade Centre, which unfortunately is not a very central location thus not very easily commutable from all locations. Even though it does get an advantage because of its proximity to the airport but if you look at its physical location it is just about 15 minutes drive away from the Cybercity office hub of Gurgaon thus making it almost an extension of Gurgaon and not a very convenient location to commute from Noida, ghaziabad, faridabad and other parts of Delhi.

Thus far any company looking to relocate its office from Noida or Gurgaon to a central location, easily commutable from their erstwhile office, in an energy efficient , green rated, grade A office building, in Delhi had practically no options. World Trade Centre Nauroji Nagar with 3.5 million sqft grade A office space has given them an excellent option. However, given its location and premium features, coupled with limited availability of areas for lease, as most of the areas have been bought by end users, one must be ready to pay the premium if planning to take an office space on rent in World trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar ..rather huge premium if one is comparing it with most of the other office space district of Delhi or NCR. Thus this location is more suitable for a head office type of set-up rather than a branch office as the rentals are expected to remain in the range of Rs 300/sqft to begin with and later on move further northwards owing to the inventory crunch.
